Delivery Information
1. Delivery Areas
We provide door-to-door delivery in Luxembourg, Germany, France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
Choose your preferred delivery method at checkout — every order comes with full tracking.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
For standard delivery in Luxembourg, 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
For standard delivery in Luxembourg, Germany, France, Belgium and the Netherlands, 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
For delivery to the other EU countries, usually 3-7 business days.
For international delivery, delivery time varies depending on destination.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by seasonal demand, weather or customs procedures.
3. Delivery Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Orders over €90 qualify for free delivery.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link.
5. Customs & Import Duties (for deliveries outside Luxembourg)
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees in the destination country.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
6. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, absence at delivery time, or non-collection from a pick-up point, the parcel may be returned to us.
Re-delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
If the order is cancelled after a failed delivery, any shipping fees will be deducted from the refund (where applicable).
7. Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Inform the delivery agent immediately and note it on the delivery receipt.
- Take clear photos of the damage.
- Contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.
