Delivery Information

1. Delivery Areas

We provide door-to-door delivery in Luxembourg and Germany, as well as convenient PackUp 24/24 station pickup options across Luxembourg.

Choose your preferred delivery method at checkout — every order comes with full tracking.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

    For standard delivery in Luxembourg, 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. 

    For standard delivery in Germany, 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. 

    For delivery to the other EU countries, usually 3-7 business days.

    For international delivery, delivery time varies depending on destination.

    Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by seasonal demand, weather or customs procedures.

    3. PackUp 24/24 Pickup

    When selecting PackUp 24/24 delivery, you can choose your preferred station after completing your order.
    Your parcel will be shipped directly to that location and stored for 7 days, allowing you to pick it up anytime — day or night, 24/7.

    This option is ideal for customers in Luxembourg or nearby countries who prefer flexible collection times.

    4. Delivery Costs

    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

    Orders over €250 within Luxembourg qualify for free delivery.

    5. Tracking Your Order

    Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link. 

    6. Customs & Import Duties (for deliveries outside Luxembourg)

    Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees in the destination country.

    These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

    7. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery

    If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, absence at delivery time, or non-collection from a pick-up point, the parcel may be returned to us.

    Re-delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

    If the order is cancelled after a failed delivery, any shipping fees will be deducted from the refund (where applicable).

    8. Damaged Parcels

    If your package arrives visibly damaged:

    1. Inform the delivery agent immediately and note it on the delivery receipt.
    2. Take clear photos of the damage.
    3. Contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.
