About Our Products

Q: Where are your products made?
A: All our chapan coats, textile decor, wooden crafts are handcrafted in Uzbekistan by skilled artisans using traditional techniques passed down through generations.

Q: Are your clothes suitable for modest wear?
A: Yes. Our clothing is designed with modesty in mind, while showcasing authentic Uzbek patterns and ornamentation.


Ordering & Payment

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply add your chosen items to the cart and proceed through our secure checkout. If you want a custom order, contact us before purchasing.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards, and other payment options available through Shopify’s secure payment system.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: You can cancel before your order enters production or shipping. 


Delivery

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Items are shipped within 3–5 business days.
Delivery within Luxembourg and Germany usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Q: Do you ship outside Luxembourg?
A: Standard delivery: Luxembourg and Germany only. For EU or international delivery, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Q: Can I pick up my order from Luxembourg if I live in a nearby country?
A: Yes. It’s possible to pick up your order from Luxembourg by choosing a PackUp 24/24 station. Customers from nearby countries can have their parcels delivered there for convenient collection.

Q: How does PackUp 24/24 delivery work?
A: After completing your order, you can select your preferred PackUp 24/24 station. Your parcel will be shipped there and stored securely for 7 days, giving you time to collect it whenever it suits you — day or night.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and link to the tracking portal.


Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns if I change my mind?
A: Yes, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in original packaging, with original tags attached and and seals intact, returned within 14 days of delivery. Items with signs of wear (deodorant/makeup marks, scent, pet hair, pilling, stretched fabric) are not eligible. We reserve the right to refuse or apply a diminished-value deduction if an item is returned in unacceptable condition. 

Q: What if my item is faulty or damaged?
A: Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order details. If confirmed defective or non-conforming, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund according to Luxembourg law.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: To request a return, please complete our Return Form. Once submitted, our team will review your request and provide the next steps by email. This ensures your return is processed smoothly and without delays.
