Refund policy

We sell exclusively online and do not operate a physical store. All transactions are subject to Luxembourg and EU consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU and Luxembourg law, distance purchases normally carry a 14-day withdrawal right. However, this right does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalised products (including clothing tailored to measurements, items with specific ornament choices, or any made-to-order designs)
  • Products that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once unsealed or worn

2. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to the remedies provided by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity:

  • We will offer repair or replacement free of charge, within a reasonable time.
  • If these are not possible, you may request a partial refund or a full refund and return the item.

Claims must be submitted with photos and order details through our Return Form. We may request the item to be returned for inspection.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 14 days of confirmation.

4. Return Shipping

  • For defective items: return shipping is covered by us.
  • For items returned without valid grounds under the law: shipping is at the customer’s expense and may be refused.

5. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, you may contact the Service national du Médiateur de la consommation for free, impartial mediation.
