Welcome to Mo'tadil. By using our website (the “Site”) and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

This Site is operated by Mo'tadil, registered in Luxembourg.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

To purchase from us, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent

Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information

Use a valid payment method in your own name or with permission from the owner

3. Products

We offer garments, and ceramics handcrafted in Uzbekistan. Our scarf collection is made in Turkiye.

Product images are for illustration; colours and patterns may vary slightly due to handmade production methods.

As most products are handmade, minor variations are part of their uniqueness and not considered defects.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We accept payment methods shown at checkout via Shopify’s secure system.

Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering.

5. Orders

Your order is confirmed only after payment and our acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse any order due to errors in pricing, availability, or suspected fraud.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within Luxembourg, Germany, France, Belgium and the Netherlands. Contact us for international deliveries.

Estimated delivery times are provided in our Delivery Information page and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in line with EU and Luxembourg law. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in original packaging, with all tags and seals intact. Items showing signs of wear (e.g., deodorant or makeup marks, scent, pet hair, pilling, stretched fabric) are not eligible for return.

Please note that certain items are excluded from return:

  • Custom-made or personalised products (including tailored clothing, made-to-order designs, or items with specific ornament choices)
  • Hygiene-sensitive products once unsealed or worn

If your item is defective or not as described, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund under the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
