We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If your purchase isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery in line with EU and Luxembourg law.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• In their original packaging with tags and seals intact
• Free from marks, scents, or signs of wear

⚠️ Please note:

• Custom-made or personalised products (including tailored items, made-to-order designs, or specific ornament choices) cannot be returned.
• Hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned once unsealed or worn.
• If your item is defective or not as described, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund under the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
